I work from home. This is not a new thing for me. I’ve actually been working from home for over 14 years now. And I love it.

Most of us are now working from home for the first time. We’re asked to practice social distancing and stay at home unless you are running an essential errand.

This is new for a lot of you. It’s an adjustment. Being home this much. You miss your routines. I get that.

I’d like to help make this time a bit easier by sharing some of the things that work for me. So tip one: be active at home.

It’s not news that having an active lifestyle is really important for your health and well being. I know I need it to break up my day and get out of my head.

So, how do you stay active at home? YouTube!
